Shipping Policy

How long will I wait …

Orders are processed as soon as we get the notification. Depending on quantity ordered or design work orders will be shipped 5 to 7 business days from order. 

Once the order is ready you will get a notification when your order has been collected by the courier. Please allow 2-3 days for courier depending on your areas. 

If you have chosen to use your own couriers, you will get a notification to arrange couriers and the address where to be collected will be given. Depending on your courier service delivery can be between 2-3 days.

 

What courier do we use? 

We make use of Pudo Locker to your door. 

If you opted for “own courie” Please note we do not put parcels into the lockers on your behalf unless arranged other wise but a fee will be charged. 

Wrong Address…

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is liable for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to the corrected address. Talula is not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
