Return Policy
Can I return a product…?
You will have 7 days to notify us of a return. No return will be given on custom made design work once work has been signed off and approved by you. Unless it was our (Talula’s) mistake. Investigation will be done and the right procedure will be taken.
Damaged Products…?
All orders are properly packaged for shipment and we prevent damages as much as possible, however please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@talula.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the return collection details with you first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
